‘HYDRÅ’ was written & produced by ALYSS following the organic viral success of her track 'Pyramid’ amassing over 20 million streams and a signing with Colombia records. With nothing more than a layered, syncopated beat locking the tempo, it's the signature arpeggiated synths that define 'HYDRÅ's ability to capture your ear. Along with ALYSS‘ distinctive and captivating voice, you are hooked in to the track’s hypnotic groove. Beyond the main single, ‘HYDRÅ’ will also include an acoustic version with a string arrangement by her father (Royal Opera House violinist), as well as a remix by Simmerdown later this year. Adding to its allure, this song is also released as part of a 200 edition music NFT collection, infusing a unique digital dimension into its release following the huge success of ALYSS’ Answers NFT Collection earlier this year, which sold out in record time. The HYDRÅ artwork is a collaboration with Greenland-based 3D visual-music artist 1011 Theory.

UK artist ALYSS is a classically trained singer, producer and visual artist. She has collaborated with Blessed Madonna, MJ Cole, Mono/ Poly (Thundercat), Connie Constance (Tom Misch) and composed music for The London Contemporary Orchestra recorded live at Abbey Road Studios. ALYSS has also performed live alongside Skott and Sampha.
